It is a unique pulao prepared by using coconut milk and it is very tasty rice preparation, serve to your guest they will definately love it.
Coconut Milk`s Pulao recipe - How to make Coconut Milk`s Pulao

Makes 3 to 4 servings
To Be Ground Into A Paste
1 cup coriander (dhania)
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun)
2 green chillies
1 medium sized onion
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Other Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup long grained rice (basmati)
1/3 cup tomato puree
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp milk
a pinch of sugar
4 cloves (laung / lavang)
4 cardamoms
1 small stick cinnamon (dalchini)
For The Garnish
chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Method
- Soak the rice for an hour.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add the rice and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree and the grounded paste, mix well and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and milk, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon, mix well and cook till the rice is completely cooked.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
